いよいよ春の訪れですね。
韓国でも春の気味です。
特にこの頃八百屋さんで良く見られる
野菜がボムドンです。
This season we can see Bomdong in Korean vegetable market.

大衆的な野菜で
生でもスープでも活用可能です。
We can enjoy fresh and with Soup.
個人的にリンゴ好きなので
魚醤、唐辛子の粉、お酢、お砂糖を
少しずつ混ぜて作りました。
I tried with thinner dressing;
Including with Soy sauce, fish sauce, vinegar
sugar, chili powder
Hakatatsubona, HAKATA's Vegetable of Japan
日本でもあまり知られてない
高級食材ですが、
この頃博多地方で出現するらしいですね。
On the other hand,
Hakata Tsubona is very rare and expensive vegetable in Japan.
They pick the heart of cabbage, so they can take small quantity with handwork.
ヨーロッパーでは
エンダイブという野菜を楽しむらしいです。
育つ環境は韓国のボムドンと似ていますが
博多ツボナのように苦い味だそうですね。
I heard that similar vegetable of Europe is ENDIVE.
It seems to grow up like a Bomdong of Korea
and resembles bitter taste of Hakatatsubona.
