漫画に興味を持ち始めました。

元日本系の姫である

韓国Alienとしては

なかなかのストーリですもんね。

上手く進んで行けたら良いですが、

バクちゃんに感動され、

ワカメ姫なりの形で

アニメ＜鬼滅の刃＞や韓国映画＜カノーラ＞等

非専門的な目線で自分の話も入れながら

ご紹介したいと思います。

福島汚染水の放流問題と提案 Problems with contaminated water from Fukushima, Japan

２０２１年　４月７日現在

日本では

福島汚染水を基準以下の濃度にして放流する決定をしましたが

日本内の漁業関連従事者たちと団体の反対により

近日内で可否を決定するらしいですね。

April, 7, 2021

Japan decided to release Fukushima contaminated water.

Due to opposition from Japanese fishery workers and its organizations

 it will be decided within a near future. 

全ての決定は

日本国民、近隣国、世界の海洋専門人たちの納得を得て

決定及び履行すべきですね。

未履行や海洋汚染の際、

必ず長期的責任を問うのが

可能しなければなりません。

All decisions should with the consent of the Japanese people,

Korea, neighboring countries,

and marine experts over the world.

It should be decided and implemented

In the event of failure to meet the rules or pollute the sea,

They have to  take long-term responsibility.

1。放流する処理水が安全という担保に対して

1. Against the security that released water is safe

上記の汚染水の処理安全性に対して

韓国の海洋汚染専門家たちと

世界の影響力のある団体の専門家たちの

意見を総合するべきだと思います。

日本が持っている問題が放流となりますと

韓国を経由して全世界の海洋安全と漁業権に影響を及ぼすからです。

I think we should put our opinions together.

With experts on Korean marine pollution and 

influential organizations around the world

above-mentioned safety of contaminated water.

If the problem that Japan has is released,

It will affect the safety of the sea and fishing rights of all countries  

from Japan through Korea.

2。日本だけでなく、隣国の漁業者が安心して永久的に営業する方法を提示する事：

     2. Should suggested not  Japan but  neighboring fishermen 

      handle in peace and permanence:

  

 日本国内と韓国の国民、漁業関係者たちが

上記の問題の発生した場合、

提訴したり相当な海洋問題を起こして

全世界の国民が苦労をするよりは

予防的次元で

強制的法律を具体的に設けて

一定期間により監視、放流以前にどの様な解決策を提示するのか

厳重に管理するべきです。

It should be strictly controlled before released contaminated water 

for a certain period of time by establishing compulsory International - Laws 

from a preventive point of view.

Yes.

I hope that Korea, Japan's neighboring country, 

And other countries will not sue or struggle about  this contaminated water

as citizen of the Korea.

3。放流水の核心問題であるトリチウムの半減期は凡そ 12年だそうですが

　長期的問題に対してどう解決すべきでしょうか。

 3. The half-period of tritium, the core issue of discharged water, is about 12 years.

  How should we solve long-term problems?

:２が放流問題に対する強制性であれば

3は地球海洋に対して全世界がこの問題のために

どう協力するかに当たります。

放流よりは安全な貯蔵、

安全な貯蔵よりは減少可能な技術研究と導入

提訴や国際的争いよりは協力基金や技術交流を通じて

互いに安全に解決しようとする意志が要る時期ですね。

If 2 is compulsion to the discharge problem

3 means that the whole world should to prevent Earth's oceans safe.

It depends on how we cooperate.

Safe storage rather than discharge.

Technical research and its introduction

That can be reduced risk rather than safe storage

More than sues or fighting internationally,

Through cooperation funds or technical exchanges,

この問題は長期的な問題であり

1次的に放流が行われる前に予防するのが急務です。

日本、近隣国である韓国

全世界がこの問題に

協力して欲しいです。

 

It is top priority to prevent it before it is released.

And this is a long-term problem.

Japan & Korea; neighbored country should try to prevent the ocean.

おはようございます。

今回は

映画 Tulip-Fever と韓国映画 ー麻婆島（マパド）を

一緒にご紹介したいです。

チューリップが有価証券の価値だった１７世紀のアムステルダムの

不思議な烈風は

猛烈な夢を持たせたり

それがいかに空しいのかを見せてくれるようです。

麻婆島（マパド）２

160億ウォン相当の宝くじを持って逃げた女を掴むために

島へ入った刑事さん。

しかし

あるカモメが持ってきた宝くじを知らないまま

そこにタバコ巻きをして吸う刑事さんの姿は

映画Tulip-Feverで登場する

ある酔っ払いが

高価のチューリップ球根を玉ねぎの様に食べてしまう

姿となかなか似ている気がしました。

お花は罪が無いですもんね。

Amsterdam in the 17th century, 

where tulip fever existed, 

and this Korean movie is similar in a speculative-spirit.

Especially

the Scene, drunken man eat expensive tulip bulb up in <Tulip Fever>

and the Scene of a detective rolling a cigarette here 

without knowing that won the lottery 

in the <Back to the Island-2> is resemble. 

This man infiltrated a desolate island to find high priced lottery paper.

株式、宝くじの様に

射幸性を助長する物は

一人一人の命に気を配るべきのこの時期に

正反対の方向性だと思います。

I think it's the opposite of the pandemic period

encourage a speculative spirit such a stock, lottery etc.

This time should be more cherished everyone's life.
